This is an Application for condonation of delay of 192 days in preferring the present Appeal against the conviction of Applicant / Appellant.

Heard Mrs. Nasreen Ayubi, learned Advocate appointed by the High Court Legal Services Committee to represent the Applicant. 3.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant submitted that, the Applicant is in jail since 2015 and after pronouncement of the impugned Judgment and Order, could not appoint an Advocate to prefer a substantive Appeal for want of monetary help and legal assistance. She submitted that, the Applicant thereafter forwarded a letter to the High Court Legal Services Committee and thereafter she was appointed to represent the Applicant / Appellant. 4.
