The learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Application and submitted that, Applicant is behind bar since more than five years. Charge is framed but the trial has not commenced. Hence, direction be given to expedite the trial and if trial is not completed within one year liberty be given to the Applicant to file the Application again.
