The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner has placed on record the notice dated 31st July 2015 issued by the Incharge of the Municipal Secretary of the Nashik Municipal Corporation. The same is taken on record and marked "A" for identification. In view of what is stated in the said notice, it cannot be said that there is any willful breach committed by the concerned Respondents. Hence, there is no reason to entertain this Petition. The Petition is disposed of.
