This writ petition is filed in the year 2012. To be precise, it is filed on 2nd August, 2012.

It was listed on 8th August, 2012 and notice was issued to all parties. Notice was to the effect that the writ petition will be disposed of finally at the stage of admission. 3.

When on such a direction, petition was listed and notice was issued to the above effect, we do not find that beyond seeking M.M.Salgaonkar

From the record it appears that despite the petition being listed on 18 occasions and no attempts having been made as noted above, possibly everybody has lost interest in the case. Today also with same appearance, the writ petition is listed, but the advocates for the petitioners and the petitioners are absent. The writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
