On 8th January 2024, none appeared for the Petitioner. Mr. Gavanekar, learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.1 stated that the Petition was infructuous as the tenure of the grampanchayat expired in the year 2012 itself. It is specifically recorded in the order that if none appeared for the Petitioner on the adjourned date, the matter may be dismissed.
