Heard the petitioner in person. The petitioner has orally submitted that he had prayed for return of vehicle before the concerned Magistrate and that the prayer has been turned down.

I have gone through the papers in the present petition. It appears to me that the Petitioner was prosecuted for the offence punishable under Section 102 read with section 117 of Bombay Police Act for causing

910 WP 2959 OF 2014 obstruction in a public place. He was acquitted by the trial Magistrate. Despite he filed Revision Application before the Sessions Court. Revision Application has been dismissed by order dated 18th August, 2012. Many useless papers are attached to this petition. The petition is not in a proper form. The petitioner is not able to point out as to what does he claim from this Court. The petition is not worthy of consideration and it is dismissed.
