This Appeal from Order is dismissed against respondent nos. 6 and 9 on 11th February, 2016 as they are not served. 2.

In this Appeal, the order dated 10th July, 2015 passed by the learned Judge of the City Civil Court, Borivali Division, Dindoshi thereby refusing ad-interim relief in Draft Notice of Motion in S.C. Suit No. 1652 of 2015 is challenged. The appellants/plaintiffs have challenged the Slum Rehabilitation Scheme and proposed development over the suit property. The order shows that much of the construction activity was carried out and other third parties were involved in the redevelopment scheme. Ad-interim injunction was 1 / 2
