Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The applicant be released on bail in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount or cash deposit fo Rs.10,000/- in lieu of surety.

The applicant shall deposit Rs.4 lac in this court within the period of four weeks from today. If the said amount is not deposited, bail order shall stand revoked and learned Magistrate shall take necessary steps for execution of its order.
