By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing and setting aside of the impugned communication No.4606 of 2022 Digitally signed by RAJESHWARI SUBODH KARVE Date:

2022.08.26 16:42:56 +0530 dated 15/6/2022 issued by the Senior Police Inspector, Naupada RAJESHWARI SUBODH KARVE Police Station, Thane. The said communication is at Exhibit 'R' at

rsk 2 28-WP-2622-22.doc page no.134 of the petition.

Learned APP on instructions of Mr. Prashant Khot, API, Naupada Police Station, Thane, states that the said communication sent to the BMC by the Senior P.I. Naupada Police Station dated 15/6/2022 has been withdrawn by them. Learned APP has tendered a report of said Sr. P.I., Naupada Police Station dated 12/8/2022 stating the same. The same is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration. The petition is disposed of.

INTERIM APPLICATION (ST) NO.13900 OF 2022 In view of the order passed in the aforesaid petition nothing survives for consideration in the Interim application. Same is also disposed of.
