Heard learned Counsel for the applicant in this application for relaxation of condition of bail. Vide order dated 28th April, 2015 this Court granted bail to the present appellant during pendency of his appeal and he was directed to be released on bail and his substantive sentence was directed to be suspended on his executing a surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/-. Certain conditions were also imposed on him as to attendance etc.. Today it is prayed that instead of one surety for Rs.20,000/-, the applicant may be allowed to submit two 1 / 2

17.APPA.905-15.doc sureties for Rs.10,000/- each. Said prayer is accepted. Liberty is given to the applicant to furnish two sureties of Rs.10,000/- each. With these directions, present application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
