Considering the submissions made by learned Counsel for Applicant and avements made in application and a consent is given by the Applicant, who is present in Office of her Advocate, the application is granted in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus:- S.R.JOSHI

Accordingly, Family Court Appeal No.100 of 2012 is disposed of as withdrawn.
