Apropos the order dated 19 August 2019, it is clarified that the condition to deposit arrears at the rate of Rs.3,000/- per month from 1 January 1997 passed by this Court on 1 October 2015, which applied till the disposal of the Revision Application then pending before the Divisional Commissioner, Mumbai, shall now apply, after the Divisional Commissioner has dismissed revision application on 15 march 2016, till the disposal of the complaint. Accordingly, the Respondents would have to keep depositing a sum of Rs.3,000/- per month from 1 April 2016 till the disposal of the complaint.

2. WP 1444-17.doc Considering that the matter has been pending since 1998, the hearing of the application before the Competent Authority is expedited. The Competent Authority shall dispose of the application as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today.
