The Applicant apprehends his arrest in C.R.No.229/2021 registered with Kandivali Police Station, Mumbai for offences punishable under sections 323, 354, 403, 504, 506 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

By order dated 17/07/2023, the Applicant was granted interim bail. Learned APP states that pursuant to the said order, the Applicant appeared before the Investigating Officer and that he has been interrogated. The presence of the Applicant is not required for custodial interrogation.

In the light of the said statement and in view of the reasons recorded in the order dated 17/07/2023, interim bail stands confirmed. The Applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer as and when called for.
