This civil application is for restoration of the arbitration petition, which was dismissed for default on 22nd July, 2015. Mr. Tanna, the learned advocate for the petitioner states that he was not present on that date on account of his personal difficulty. Heard the advocate. Perused the application. For the reasons stated therein the civil application is allowed.
