Heard Counsel for the parties.

Perused the order dated 17 th July, 2014 passed by this Court in Civil Application No. 2266/2014 in First Appeal No. 1522/2013. By that order, Applicants were allowed to withdraw 75% of remaining compensation by furnishing the solvent security to the satisfaction of the trial Court/ Reference Court.

In consideration of the facts of case and the order dated 17 th July, 2014, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and disposed of accordingly.

Mr. Pethe, learned Counsel for the Appellant seeks three weeks time to file the appropriate application for bringing the legal representatives of deceased - Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 on record. 4.

Interim Applications and Civil Applications are disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
