Learned Counsel submits that leave be granted to take appropriate steps in case the petitioner desires to resort to certain proceedings in respect of the order passed.

Learned AGP submits that Assistant Charity Commissioner is present in Court. In fact the officer from the Assistant Charity Commissioner's office was directed to remain present. Learned AGP shall take appropriate care in future.
