By this application, the applicant has sought restoration of Second Appeal (St) No. 8155 of 2017 which was dismissed for non removal of the office objections in terms of the Registrar's Order dated 8th February, 2018. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicants will remove all office objections within pps
