It is not in dispute that the Administrator appointed by the Authority has already conducted an election of the Managing Committee of the Society and has already handed over the charge to the Managing Committee of the Society. Nothing survives in this writ petition.

The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

In view of dismissal of the writ petition, the Civil Application 1/2

5-wp7728-11 No.2022 of 2013 do not survive and is accordingly disposed of. 4.

Insofar as declaration of the petitioner as non-member of the Society is concerned, the petitioner would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings. If any such proceedings are filed by the petitioner, the same shall be disposed of on its own merits. All the contentions of both the parties in that proceedings are kept open. (R.D. DHANUKA, J.) 2/2
