After hearing the matter at some length we direct as an interim measure that the applicant - Maharashtra State Amateur Aquatic Association, shall submit a list of participants for the Glenmark 37th Sub-Junior, 47th Junior National Aquatic Championships 2021 and 74th Senior National Aquatic Championships 2021 to Respondent No.5 within seven days from today whereafter Respondent No.5 shall allow them to

We have passed this order having considered the reasons given by a learned Single Judge of this Court in the order dated 4/06/2019 which we extract hereunder :
"11. In my opinion, considering the fact situation, any interference in the order passed by the trial Court would amount to defeating the object of promoting the swimming activities and depriving the participants from competing at the National level only because of disputes between the appellant No.1 and respondent No.1. For all these reasons, I do not find this is a fit case to interfere with the interim order pending the Notice of Motion before the trial Court." 4.
Interim Application is disposed of.
