Mr. Yogesh Patil, learned counsel representing the petitioner, after arguing at some length, states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take recourse to any other legal remedy which may be available in law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. However, we direct that in case the petitioner invokes any other remedy by instituting appropriate proceedings, the authority concerned shall expedite such proceedings.
