The order impugned in the present writ petition is dated 22nd June 2022 in a proceedings under section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. However, it appears that an order passed by Desk Officer issued in the name of Government was challenged before the Revenue Minister under section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. Such revision is not maintainable. Therefore, learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw revision bearing No.Appeal/2622/2541/PK05/2022/J-3 with liberty to challenge order dated 4th October 2021 in appropriate proceedings before
