Perused the note dated 17.12.2019 prepared by the Section

13. civil wp 7178-02 group.doc Officer, Decree Department of this Court. The note is for speaking to the minutes of the judgment dated 1st and 8th March, 2019 which was received by the Decree Department as per the procedure for preparing the writ; however while preparing the writ, it was noticed that due to inadvertence, Civil Application Nos. 1563 of 2015 and Civil Application No. 434 of 2016 were shown as filed in Writ Petition No. 7178 of 2002 instead of in Writ Petition No. 2330 of 2000. Since the learned Judge who has passed the judgment has retired on superannuation in August 2019 and the aforesaid mistake was noticed thereafter, the note has been put up.

In view of the above, Civil Application Nos. 1563 of 2015 and Civil Application No. 434 of 2016 shall be shown to have been filed in Writ Petition No. 2330 in the judgment dated 1st & 8th March, 2019. 3.
