The Learned APP Mr. Pethe on instructions of the ACP of the Vartak Division, Thane, Mr. Mahendra Maruti Bhor, who is personally present in Court, makes a statement that the show cause notice dated 21-3-2018 issued by him as a Special Executive Magistrate, would stand withdrawn. Statement accepted. The said show cause notice is annexed to the above Petition at Exhibit B, page 13. The consequence of the withdrawal would be the chapter proceedings against the Petitioner would resultantly stand dropped. The Petition has therefore turned infructuous. The above Petition is accordingly disposed of as having turned infructuous. The parties to act upon an ordinary copy of this order duly authenticated by the Court Associate / Shirestedar.
