DATED : 18th OCTOBER, 2022 P.C:- On expressing my disinclination to entertain the application, in the wake of the material compiled in the chargesheet, which accuse him of the offence of murder along with section 201 IPC, the learned counsel seek permission to withdraw the application. Permission granted.

Application is disposed off as withdrawn.

While granting such permission, I deem it appropriate to request the concerned Court to frame the charge expeditiously and in any case, not later than four months from today, ssince the C.R pertains to the year 2018 and the applicant is incarcerated since then.
