Ms.Sheetal Thakur, advocate, appears for the appellants. She is asked to proceed and argue the Appeal from Order for admission, as it is pending since 2012. However, she informs that her clients have informed her that they want to change the advocate and, therefore, she submits that she is unable to make submissions for the appellants.

This Court has not discharged the advocate on record and, therefore, the advocate should proceed with matter. However, as the advocate submits that the appellants want to engage some other advocate and as she is unable to make submissions, the 1 / 2

ao.1003.2012_6.doc appeal which is pending since 2012, cannot be kept on board for admission. Earlier, on two occasions, time was given to the appellants to proceed with the matter.

In the circumstances, the appeal is dismissed. Trial Court to proceed with the suit.
