The first prayer is for setting aside the impugned decree which is subject matter of the challenge in the Family Court Appeal. Impugned decree cannot be set aside by way of interim relief. As far as prayer clause "c" is concerned, the Applicant is a gross defaulter. Earlier Application made by the Applicant for grant of extension of time to deposit arrears of maintenance has been already rejected. Hence, the order dated 5 July 2016 cannot be recalled.
