Mr. Rathod, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners on instructions seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appeal to the Grievance Redressal Committee, from the impugned order dated 29th April, 2017 passed by Respondent No.1 (Additional Collector (Enc/Rem) & Competent Authority, Western Suburbs, Bandra East, Mumbai). 2.

The petitioner states that the impugned order has been received on 20th June, 2017.

In case the petitioner files her appeal from the impugned order dated 29th April, 2017 within two weeks from today alongwith an application for condonation of delay to the
