By this Petition, petitioner has prayed for direction to the Small Causes Court to expedite hearing of L.E.&C.Suit No.216/265 of 2008 and dispose of the same within one month or any other reasonable time as this Court deems fit. It is not possible to accede to this request and it is open to the petitioner-plaintiff to take out appropriate application before the trial Court for expeditious disposal of the Suit. If such application is made, the learned trial Judge will pass appropriate order. Subject to this, Petition fails and the same is dismissed. (R. G. KETKAR, J.) Minal Parab 1/1
