After this Court granted bail to the applicant on 9th March, 2021, a condition was incorporated that he shall attend Sayajiganj Police Station, Vadodara on every Sunday of which modification/relaxation is sought.

After having heard respective counsels, we hereby modify the order dated 9th March, 2021. The condition (iii) of the aforesaid order shall read as under :- "iii) Applicant shall report to the Sayajiganj Police Station, Vadodara on Sunday of each even English Calendar month that is to be commenced from 5th February, 2023."
