By this application, the applicant/appellant no.3, who is presently lodged in jail, has submitted that he does not want advocate Mr. Mokashi Rajendra Bhalchandra to represent him in Criminal Appeal No. 285 of 2017 and that he wants to be represented by Advocate Mr. S.D. Sapkal. Mr. Mokashi Rajendra Bhalchandra, who is present before the Court states that he has no objection if the appellant no.3 is represented by Mr. S.D. Sapkal.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Mokashi Rajendra Bhalchandra, leave is granted to the applicant/appellant no.3 to engage an advocate of his choice. Criminal Application No. 1025 of 2017 stands disposed of accordingly.
