The learned counsel for the parties have adopted a fair and reasonable approach, and arrived at the following arrangement, which shall operate till the disposal of Special Civil Suit 86 of 2015 : (a) Till the disposal of Special Civil Suit 86 of 2015, no third party interest shall be created by the parties to the suit in respect of the properties which are subject of the suit plaint.

The learned Trial Court is requested to expedite the suit and in any event finally dispose of the suit within twelve months from the next date of hearing.
