CORAM : PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.

DATED :

JULY 20, 2017.

P.C. :

This is second anticipatory bail application. The earlier application preferred by the applicant was disposed of vide order dated 28th June, 2017.

In the order dated 28th June, 2017 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1100 of 2017 preferred by the applicant, it has been observed that after arguing the application for some time and when the Court was not inclined to grant the relief as prayed for in the application, the learned advocate for the applicant on instructions, sought permission to withdraw the

rpa 2/2 aba-1256-17.doc said application. On the basis of the said statement, the application was allowed to be withdrawn.

Learned advocate submits that there is change in the circumstances. However, I do not find that there is any change in circumstance and in view of the earlier order passed by this Court in the previous application, no ground for entertaining this application is made out. The application is accordingly rejected. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.)
