By this application, the applicant seeks setting aside/recall of the order dated 21st February 2018 passed by the Incharge Registrar (Judicial-II). By the said order the Registrar (Judicial-II) had passed the following order :

"4 weeks time is granted for removing office objections, failing which registration of Civil Application stamp shall stand refused without further reference to the Court."

For the reasons set out in the application, the said order dated 21st February 2018 is set aside and Civil Application being Civil Application (Stamp) No.25173 of 2017 is restored back to original file. The delay, if any, is condoned.
