The grievance of the Petitioner raised in the Petition is that when he was released on furlough, he was not allowed to meet his son by his wife, mother in law and brother in law. Since the furlough was granted for a limited period and the grievance raised relates back to the year 2016, we are afraid that we can grant any relief to the Petitioner due to passage of time.
