Learned counsel for the applicant fairly submits that, there is no change in circumstance on merits except that the trial has not commenced since rejection of his bail application vide order dated 21/04/2021 passed in I.A.No.1601 of 2021 by this court. He submits that, he is not pressing this application on merits. However, he prays for expeditious hearing of the trial. The request is reasonable. There is no reason as to why trial could not have commenced within this period.

Learned trial Judge shall make all endeavors to commence the trial at the earliest.
