The learned counsel for the applicant submits applicant be granted further period of four weeks to furnish surety, contending that applicant was released on provisional cash bail for a period of four weeks, which period expires today and since applicant has already produced his surety, prays for extension as above. Since his surety is stated to be produced, period to furnish the same is extended by further four weeks.
