Apprehending arrest in Crime No.341 of 2019 registered with Sakinaka Police Station for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 500, 504 50, read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 18,0, applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail.

Applicant is Chartered Accountant, who got engaged to the Complaint on 28th March, 2019. However, for some reason, marriage was called off. Aggrieved by the Shivgan 1/2

In view of the facts of the case and the allegations, application is allowed. Hence, the order: (I) In the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No.341 of 2019 registered with Saki Naka, he shall be released on executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one or more sureties in like amount.

Application is allowed and disposed of.
