Having heard Mr.Kudle and recording his statement that he is not pressing the application insofar as merits are concerned, all that we can direct is that if a prayer is made by the Applicant to the learned Special Judge, he shall consider it and direct handing over the copies of not only the charge sheet which is filed in that Court, but also the copy of the sanction order accompanying it. We have no doubt in our mind that if such a request is made by the Applicant, the same will be duly considered and if permissible in law granted. 2.

The application is accordingly disposed off. All contentions on merits as also validity and correctness of the sanction order are kept open.
