Mr.Dabke the learned AGP states that the paper book is now ready. He points out that necessary intimation was sent to the SLAO, but, the SLAO furnish the paper book only in the year 2013. 2.

Taking into consideration in the aforesaid the delay is taking out the Civil Application is condoned. The order dismissing the appeal for non-prosecution is recalled. The appeal is restored. The Registry to accept the paper book which Mr.Dabke says he will be filed within a period of one week from today. 3.

The appeal to be posted for final hearing soon after summer vacation.
