The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Appeal as according to the Petitioner remedy of statutory Appeal is available. The Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the direction be issued to the Respondents not to take coercive steps for a period of six weeks to enable the Petitioner to file an Appeal. It is directed that the Respondents will not take coercive steps against the Petitioner for period of four weeks. Any continuation of this direction thereafter will be decided by the Appellate Tribunal as per law, without being influenced by the protection granted by this Court by this order.
