The above Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay of 180 days in filing the Review Petition. The review is sought of the order dated 07.01.2014 passed by this Court in the above Writ Petition. In the context of the said delay of 180 days, this Court ventured to consider whether there is any merit in the Review Petition. Upon hearing the Learned Counsel for the Applicant and having perused the grounds of review, no case for review in any of the eventualities under Order 47 of the CPC is made out. In view thereof, no useful purpose would be served BGP.

(8)-CA-2859-15.doc by condoning the huge delay of 180 days, the Civil Application is accordingly rejected. In view of the rejection of the Civil Application, the Review Petition does not survive and to accordingly stand disposed of as such.
