This civil application is for modification of the order dated 8th June, 2015, by which the applicant was granted time of six weeks to carry out the amendments. Mr. Bhate, the learned advocate for the applicants states that the amendments pursuant to the order could not be carried within the period of six weeks and requests for extension by six weeks. The civil application is disposed off by extending the time to carry out amendments by six weeks from today.
