ORDER:

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has tendered an Undertaking of the Director of the Petitioner Shri Dilip Joshi, giving the date-wise Schedule of payments to be made by the Petitioner to the Respondent No.2 Bank. On instructions from Shri Dilip Joshi, who is present in Court, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that in the event of default of any of the installments, the Respondent Bank may take possession of the secured assets. Learned Counsel on instructions states that Undertaking may be taken as corrected and be read accordingly. We accept the statement. 2.

The Undertaking is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Accepting the Undertaking of the Petitioner, we dispose of the Petition. 1/2
