The Learned Addl PP Mr. KondeDeshmukh on instructions of P.I. Mr. Pravin Rane of the Malad Police Station who has been deputed by Senior P.I. of Malad Police Station Mr. George Fernandes, states that notwithstanding the communication dated 30-5-2018 Exhibit-C to the Petition which has been addressed by the Sub Inspector of Police, Malad Police Station Mr. Vitthal Gole, to the Petitioner, the complaint of the Petitioner would once again be looked into by a P.I. and who would thereafter take a decision thereon and communicate his decision to the Petitioner within 4 weeks from date. We expect the new inquiry officer to summon the Petitioner and record her statement and thereafter having regard to the circumstance take a decision. It is therefore not necessary to keep the above Writ Petition pending, the same to stand disposed of.
