Learned APP, on instructions of the investigating officer who is present in the Court, states that as of today total amount lying in the accounts of the applicant does not exceed amount of Rs.61,000/-.

The applicant seeks four weeks' time to deposit the amount. As a last chance, time of four weeks to deposit the amount is granted.

It is made clear that under no circumstances period will be extended for depositing the amount.

If the applicant fails to deposit the amount, the prosecution will be at liberty to apply for vacating the relief granted by order dated 28th April 2023.
