The learned counsel for the appellant has moved for speaking to minutes of order dated 19th July 2019. It is for deleting the words 'the appellant had been charged with and now convicted for' in Paragraph-7 of the order and also the words "I suspend the sentence" in paragraph 9 of the order. In clause 9 (i) of the order the words "Substantive sentence imposed on the appellant is suspended" may also be deleted. He also wants the criminal appeal disposed of. 3.

In paragraph-7 of the order the words "the appellant had been charged with and now convicted for" stand deleted and in

2/2 502apeal 921.19.doc paragraph-9 of the order the words "I suspend the sentence" stand deleted. In clause 9(i) of the order part the words "Substantive sentence imposed on the appellant is suspended" also stand deleted. 4.

In the cause title of the order, the name of APP stands corrected as Mrs. J.S. Lohakare, instead of Mrs. J.S. Lokhande. The Criminal appeal stands disposed of.
