Mr. Kanade at the outset seeks liberty to withdraw the additional affidavit dated 25th September 2023. Mr. Kanade states that the Petitioner is personally present in Court and he has been identified by the Advocate on record. He states that the Petitioner has instructed him to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file the suit. Accordingly, leave as prayed is granted. 3.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
