Counsel for the applicants in all these applications informs that an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- is already deposited in the Registry of this Court and hands over copy of acknowledgment to that effect to the learned APP. He submits that applicants have no objection if the said amount is taken in custody of the Investigating Officer as part of the investigation in the present case. 2.
In the aforesaid background, considering incarceration suffered by the applicants and role attributed to each of them and the fact that the investigation is already complete so far as the applicants involvement is concerned, in my opinion, all these BGP.

applicants deserve to be released on bail on executing P. R. bond of Rs.15,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount in Crime No.312 of 20921 (FIR No.362 of 2021) registered with Bhoiwada Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 308, 420, 419, 465, 467, 468, 471, 269, 270, 274, 275, 276, 120B, 201 r/w 34 of IPC, Sections 3 and 27 of the Epidemic Diseases Act, Sections 43 and 66C of Information Technology Act and Section 52 of the Disaster Management Act.

Applicants shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.

As such, application stands disposed of.
