This Application is moved for condonation of delay in filing the First Appeal.

The learned AGP submitted that there is a delay of 192 days in filing the Appeal. He submitted that the office of the Government Pleader and Department of Law and Judiciary require time to examine large number of matters before giving opinion. Thus, for want of procedural compliance, delay is caused and hence the same be condoned.
