Learned APP Mrs. Deshmukh, on instructions, makes a statement that the accused Irfan Mustafa Baig, is arrested on 09.12.2016. In support of her statement, she placed on record a report dated 14.12.2016 of Senior Police Inspector, Bhoiwada Police Station, Mumbai. 3.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner no more survives. 4.

The petition is accordingly dismissed.
